someone suggested that most ppl who have done drill b4 would see her going clockwise... that's how we would ka-blakang pusing.

Right Brain vs Left Brain

i though i was a right-minded person, considering i'm an engineering student. however, this article from Herald Sun is telling me otherwise:

THE Right Brain vs Left Brain test... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

i have no time to blog lately due to a number of commitements.

this is one of the major ones:



one of the (compulsory) modules i took this session requires me to design and build an aircraft with a group of friends. it looks rather sloopy from the picture still cos that was a photo taken during the construction phase. when it's properly assembled, it look sth like this :





other just building it, it has to be able to fly as well. 10% of the assessment actually goes to a fly-off competition against two other groups.

tmr is the d-day--time to get this baby airborne and win sth!

friend worthiness

i once told my friend: 朋友是来互相利用的.

friends are those whom you would approach for help other than ur family. good friends are those that are willing to be 利用, with no clause attached, and knowing that he/she would have no problem receiving the same favour from me, if required, later on in life.

recent incident in a new club i joined has called for a redefinition:
further to a good friend, the method of 利用 shouldnt be humiliating in any form.
